Terms of Use for website publishers

TERMS OF SERVICE for publishers wishing to use Articles from www.TheRepozitory.com.au or its parent and subsidiary companies (herein known as “The Repozitory”) :

1.         You may use Articles from TheRepozitory for publishing or reprint subject to the following sub-terms:

(a) Copyright for all articles is held by the author of the article and may not be infringed upon in anyway.  The article must be used/reprinted in its entirety with no changes.  At no time can the title or content be altered.

(b) Article reproduction or use must display the full resource/bio box or signature line as on the original article.

(c) The Article source is www.TheRepozitory.com.au and this source credit must be included below each article and must be displayed in such a way that it provides an active link to www.TheRepozitory.com.au.  All links must remain Active/Linkable with no syntax changes.

            (d) It is a condition of use of any articles from The Repozitory that such articles not be used on any website or forum that also contains Warez, illegal mp3 or other files.  The article must not be used in any manner that defies the basic code of Human Rights.  It shall not be used to Promote Terrorism, illegal dealings, profanity, racism, bigotry, hatred or used in anyway with any form of pornography or exploits of children or animals.  Should this article be found to have been used in contradiction of these terms, the person involved will be reported directly to the relevant  State/Territory authorities who will have the full support of The Repozitory in pursuing a conviction

(e)The Article is not to be used as part of a spamming campaign, pop up ads or via any unsolicited email.  Should this be found to be the case the person involved will be banned from use of any further Articles from our site.

(f) No article or part thereof, from the directory of  The Repozitory may be sold or funds obtained for the  viewing or use of the said article.

(g) No article or part thereof, from the directory of The Repozitory is to be used in any audio, video or written derivative works.

(h) HREF Statements must not include the rel=nofollow tag.

(i) No Articles from The Repozitory are to be translated into any other language. 

(j) No images used on our site including Authors photos or images are to be reproduced or reprinted in any way.

2. Whilst The Repozitory has taken all security precautions in the preparation of newsletters, RSS Feeds and our website – use of any or all of these is completely at the risk of the user.

3. Whilst ownership and copyright of all articles published on our site, remains with the author and we have the author’s permission for publishing them.

4. Provide the above terms are adhered to, you do not need to obtain the permission of the Article Author prior to using an Article.  It is however common courtesy for you to advise the Author of when and where you will use their Article.  It is your responsibility to locate the details required to make contact with the Author.  The only information The Repozitory will provide is the information that has been provided by the Author via their Article or Bio.

5. Should you be found to have violated any of the above terms and/or infringed upon the Author’s copyright, you will be held liable and accountable for such action and the subsequent legal fees and statutory damages that may be awarded should a copyright infringement lawsuit be brought against you.

6. The Repozitory reserves the right to revoke or remove reprint rights at any time subsequent to The Repozitory providing you with 48 hours written notice via email, fax, telephone or post.  Should we be unable to contact you we will contact your web host to reach you and serve this notice.  Subsequent to receipt of this notice you will, within 24 hours, remove all articles you have received from The Repozitory and provide us with a written statement confirming that this has been adhered to.  Failure to do so will ensure that we take the necessary legal action against you and your business to ensure this covenant is enforced.

7. Should you be found to be responsible for use of article crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers or any automated script/software or any feature responsible for the mining of article content from our site we will IMMEDIATELY block your access to our site and cease membership.  Should this membership have been a paid membership you will forfeit the right to any refund.

8. The Repozitory reserves the right to alter the above terms and sub-terms at any time without prior notification.

1. The Repozitory and its parent and subsidiary companies do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of any item, article or product mentioned on this site and will not warrant and accept any legal liability or responsibility for same.

2. The Repozitory and its parent and subsidiary companies do not endorse any product found via advertisement on this site.  Articles are submitted by Authors and the views represented therein are solely that of the article author and do not reflect the views of  The Repozitory and its parent and subsidiary companies.

3. The Repozitory is not responsible for the content or availability of any links or 3rd party websites that may be found on the site and does not warrant or guarantee any service or product provided via these links.

4.
